Fostering the principles of democracy - the students at DES Secondary School cast their vote for the students' council. It is the best time to educate the students regarding the fundamental right to vote in India, being the largest democratic country in the world.  

The students experienced the electoral process at DES School on 2nd July 2025. Students of standard 7 to 10 cast their votes to choose their representatives for the students' council. The candidates had already promoted themselves through campaigning. The complete process was held online.Along with the students, the Headmistress, Assistant headmistress, supervisors, teaching and non-teaching staff also voted.
